Welcome to the website of the Belgian Embassy in Tokyo! I hope you will find the information you need. 

In addition to the practical and administrative information which is essential for a quality service from your Embassy, you will also find recent news on our activities, in particular via our newsletter and our social networks, which I invite you to follow.

This Embassy continues its efforts to gather the necessary data in a constantly changing context, in order to keep you correctly informed.  Our entire team is of course at your disposal to provide information you may not find on our website.  Do not hesitate to consult the contact page for this purpose.

Since my arrival in Japan, I have experienced a particularly eventful first few months, followed by the management of this long pandemic which has reduced our capacity to organize large gatherings. However, the various activities so far demonstrate the dynamism and diversity of the Belgian presence and relations here in Japan, which makes life and work in Tokyo so fascinating.  I look forward to resuming the large-scale events so that we can finally organize a reception for the Belgian community in Japan.
