By law, the consular fees are published in euro. However, in Japan one has to pay the equivalent in Japanese yen. The exchange rate is adapted from time to time. Beware of fraudulent websites that offer so-called consular services.
Only electronic payment methods can be accepted at the Belgian Embassy in Toyo. Payment in cash is not possible.
