Honorary Consuls
Belgium's Honorary Consuls in Japan are currently all Japanese citizens and do not speak our official languages. They have their own professional activities and serve as Honorary Consul on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration for doing so.
Most of the time, they will just forward your request to the Belgian Embassy in Tokyo so you should always contact the Embassy of Belgium in Tokyo first.
